If you are employed please provide your last 3 pay slips and your P60
• If self employed your last 2 years accounts
• Identification (drivers license or passport)
• Evidence of address (utility bill not more than 3 months old)
• Details of your current bank account and last 3 months bank
statements (6 months for first time buyers) may be required
• Details of any current loans
• If you have a current mortgage your statements are normally
required
• Details of any employee benefits (death in service, pension
details)
• Details of any life assurance policies
• Valuation fee (if applicable)
• Anything else you feel is relevant
